[SOLVED] Automatically starting problem in 'Hibrenate' mode of computers

Hello!! all readers. I hope that our content is being helpful to you all!! With this hope I want to share one helpful solution for all who use computers throughout their day but not continuously and want to sleep computers for non-working times but wants it boot up very quickly. Yes I’m talking about different modes of pc i.e. sleep & hibernate.
In above two modes, there is little bit difference in energy consumption of your pc. Let’s understand this. First we will see what is happening in these two modes shortly.
When you are putting your computer in sleep mode, it stores all of your present data of your computer in RAM (Random Access Memory). So in sleep mode to keep data stored in RAM your computer consumes electricity to keep awake your RAM.
While in case of hibernate mode, it stores all of your present data in to the hard drive of your computer. So simply it stores all your present data into hard drive in place of RAM like in sleep mode. So it doesn’t require any continuous power unlike RAM. When you start again your data is there once again where it was leaved. So it is better to put your pc in hibernate mode in place of sleep for better power efficiency.
But sometimes you see after putting your PC into hibernation, after sometime it gets automatically turning on your PC. This is because external devices keep awaking your PC i.e. keyboard, mouse or any other devices. To solve this main  problem I am writing this article actually. :-) Follow below steps to get this problem solved easily. J J J J J J J

At first we have to know which devices are awaking our system for that type this command in your command prompt and press enter as shown below.

Command is: powercfg -devicequery wake_armed

From that you can see the list of devices which are continuously keeps awaking your PC as we can see here.

After knowing these devices go to ‘control panel’. In that go to device manager in which you can see list of all connected hardware. Now go to the device which we have found i.e. keyboard and mouse and right click on that.

Click on ‘properties’. You can see dialog box like this.

In that go to the ‘power management’ tab as shown here.

In power management tab uncheck the option ‘Allow this device to wake the computer.’  As you can see here.

That’s all now press OK. Follow same steps for all devices i.e. for mouse also and uncheck this option as here.

Hurray!! You are done. Hope this would be helpful to you. Please share this article to needful of this. Thank you. Stay connected with us for more helps like this.  J J J J J J J
